With our brew guides, we had one goal–make delicious coffee approachable! Here is one recipe that works for all the different brew methods we make filters for.

Let’s get started!

Coffee dose: 22.5 grams (or 3 1/4 Tbsp)

Water dose: 325 grams (or 1 1/3 cup)

1 : 14.44 brew ratio

Pour technique: concentric circles, beginning and ending in the center

Pour flowrate: approximately 8 grams a second


Bring water to a boil and grind coffee to the coarseness of table salt.

1.

First pour, bloom pour, approximately 40g of water

2.

Wait 45 seconds

3.

At 45 seconds pour until the total water volume is 135g

4.

At 1:10 pour until 230g

5.

At 1:35 pour until 325g

6.

Let it drip out

 
 

dispose grounds,

rinse & store
